Not Just Bean Salad

As well as the usual red kidney beans, garbanzo beans (chick peas), and green beans, I added corn, radishes, and yellow pepper, along with celery, onion, and garlic.

 

For the dressing I mixed olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little bean and corn water, a squirt of toasted sesame oil, mustard and maple syrup, nutritional yeast, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, paprika and a hint of mint.

 

After marinating in the fridge for a day, it was delicious!
