cajun blackened platter w/ chicken

i'm truly an addict for this dish at bossa nova! the quality of the chicken isn't the greatest (a little bit on the overdone side, i.e. not tender) but that damn cajun sauce is unreal it's so good. it's at first creamy and sweet and then the heat comes on and while not the hottest thing i've eaten it packs a nice kick. i recommend the rice (it holds up better against the sauce) than the mashed potatoes.
