golden tempeh triangles (not sure what these are but boy were they gross! one bite and puh! i spit it out) marinated with lemongrass, ginger & lime with mixed baby greens, napa cabbage, crisp vegetables, fried onions & spicy peanut dressing. i do have to say the actual salad was wonderful just not so much on the tempeh.
