prime steak salad
HUGE, no way could one person put this salad away by themselves! and although i dislike CPK (LA Food Show is is an off shoot) this salad was quite tasty. tons of bleu cheese, great onion strings and a nice balsamic vinaigrette.
Grilled sliced USDA Prime steak served warm over spring lettuce mix, roasted Roma tomatoes and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. Topped with buttermilk-battered onion rings and served with your choice of blue cheese dressing or balsamic vinaigrette.
