The Ultimate Breakfast Protein Power Shake

 

* 1 cup of rice milk (or soy milk or water)

* 1 cup of berries (blueberries, strawberries, kiwi fruit)

* 4-6 tbsps of plain, organic, low fat yogurt

* 2 tbps of flax seeds - fresh ground

* 2 tbsps of sesame seeds - fresh ground

* 2 scoops of high-alpha whey protein powder

* 1 tsp high quality fish oil

* 1/4 tsp of borage oil

 

Add the protein powder last, and don't blend for more than 10 seconds on the lowest setting, as the whey protein shouldn't be over-blended.
