Peanut Butter and Banana Soy Ice Cream

Per the recipe in The Voluptuous Vegan (no snickers about the title, please). My parents were kind enough to lend me their frozen dessert maker, and this is the result of my first dabbling with it. Pretty good, actually: very banana-y, though the peanut butter is a little too subtle for me. Wish I'd omitted the chocolate chips, because their flavor gets kind of lost when they're frozen. (The recipe actually called for chopped peanuts; I have some on hand, but my innate resistance to authority came to the forefront and I rebelliously used chocolate instead. That'll teach me to ignore recipe recommendations, I suppose.)
