Chickpea and Broccoli Casserole
This is what happened to the romanescu broccoli. It's based on the recipe from "Vegan with a Vengeance" (I'm almost constitutionally incapable of following a recipe exactly). Basically, it's somewhat inexpertly mashed chickpeas, with broccoli chunks, vegetable broth, and whole-wheat breadcrumbs, with some tahini, lemon juice, and herbes de provence thrown in because I had them lying around. I admit to being somewhat dubious at first, but it's very good, and super-easy.
