Snapecakes
In honor of Alan Rickman's birthday, the traditional office cupcakes: gingerbread, Brooklyn brownie (speared with mint Newman-Os), and green tea Snapecakes with marzipan Slytherin snakes. (If my icing skills had been up to it and I'd had food coloring, I would've liked to do little Slytherin badges instead. However, I'm still in icing kindergarten, and rolling out snakes is about the limit of my ability.)
