Brownie with White Chocolate Chips
Cosmo's now carries vegan white chocolate chips! It took me a while to find the right application for these, but I think the lower-fat brownies from Lickin' the Beaters is a pretty safe bet.
Baked in my cute little mini-souffle cups.
