Seitan, Pepper, Portobello, and Arugula
With dark sesame oil, Braggs, and rosemary. Seitan is the "mock beef" recipe from La Dolce Vegan. (Sorry, but the recipe name does kind of gross me out. I'm thinking about renaming it "brown-broth seitan," and calling the mock chicken seitan "yellowish-broth seitan," and the sausage seitan "sagey goodness seitan" instead.)
