Granola
From my childhood granola recipe, veganized. Basically, it's 2.5 cups rolled oats, one cup soy milk powder, and half a cup each of wheat germ, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, coconut, canola oil, and agave nectar. It smells wonderful, makes a huge amount, and is far less sweet than storebought granola. Not exactly low-fat, though.
