Chickpea Crepes with Balsamic Veg

I still haven't mastered the crepe, but at least these didn't turn out as a big blob of glop like my last attempt. :) Crepe recipe is from The Voluptuous Vegan, with parsley instead of chives. Filling is roasted eggplant, mushrooms, and grape tomatoes with a lot of balsamic vinegar.
