Leftover Birthday Cobbler
Yesterday, being too lazy to make a birthday cake, I made the peach cobbler from La Dolce Vegan and the cashew-cinnamon "ice cream" from The Voluptuous Vegan. They both turned out pretty well, and were rather easier to make than I expected. Leftovers, eaten tonight, are pictured here. :)
