The Unphotographable Pothole

The famous Canajoharie pothole, a nearly round hole carved out of solid rock over the millennia by the rushing waters of the Canajoharie Creek.

It’s proved to be really hard to photograph, filled with blinding sunlight, ice, or swimmers each time I go there. This time, rain started to fall right when I set up.
