persicco gelato
I only ate gelato once, which was kind of a shame. Consequently, I have no benchmark, but I think Persicco was quite good, very intense and creamy. I had half dulce de leche and half mascarpone. I wasn’t sure what many of the flavors were. I know what mascarpone is but didn’t expect a raspberry cheesecake ice cream. The tan gelato in the other dish is crema a la nuez. Nuez is just nut and I saw this description used a lot with food. How do you know what nut you’re going to get? This turned out to be pecan.
