    Another lovely creation by mom.

    Recipe from mom
    Ingredients:
1 package of Robertson mango/pineapple/ orange gelatine
1 small can of Carnatian evaporated milk (about 6 oz.)
(You can also use cream, half milk half cream or coconut milk)
    3 mangoes

    Method:
Dissolve the gelatine in 8 oz of hot water.
Let it cool down a little bit.
Add the milk and 2 oz of cold water.
Cut the mangoes into very small pieces and put them into the liquid ingredients.
    Mix them together and chill.

Very easy with mangoes, jello and some other pudding mix. It taste better than what you get in restaurants though. I'll get the recipe from her. :)

      Robertson's !
      Makes me feel homesick.
      Grew up with Robertson's marmalade.
I will make it with some coconut milk.
It's given me an idea too:
      Pina Colada pudding,with rum :)
      Thanks for getting the recipe.

Well,it may not look as good as your mom's but the taste and texture is AMAZING!
I don't drink milk,so I made it with tofu, you know that hot, custardy one you can buy on the street in Chinatown.
I put it in the food processor with some cocnut milk, dissolved gelatine, cane sugar syrup, and a mango.
Poured it into a bowl and added another mango cut into pieces and chilled it in the refrigerator.
WOW! Thanks again and please thank your mom.

Haha excellent. I guess I'll just have to come over and eat yours sometimes then. I've only made it myself when I was little.

      Cheers,
