It's good to see the Olympic spirit alive and well in Newham!
Not that I've got much of a clue about the message! Is it that the Olympics are like war? If so, where does the American theme come in; are they any more aggressive than other countries when it comes to sport? And if it's meant to be anti-American, why the Olympic rings - although Excel, one of the Olympic venues, is nearby? Or maybe it's not meant to be ironic. Could be a rock group! I give up! The bloke looks quite fit though.
