Cookies & prunes swimming in crème fraîche
Looking for a replacement for peanut butter Larabars, I tried to make some baked peanut-date cookie bar things. They aren't very good by themselves, but swimming in crème fraîche with Armagnac-prunes on top they made an acceptable dessert.
