Bear Pa, king size -- quilted!

I am really happy to have this complete, after so many months. It is my largest quilt to date :)

some details:

I FMQ'ed the outer border on my Janome Horizon (using two colours of Bottom Line thread [super fine polyester] in needle and bobbin); straight line machine quilted the sashing (Bottom Line); hand quilted around each "paw" and each inner square using variegated lemon yellow Aurifil 28 wt.

Batting is Hobbs Heirloom wool. Background/sashing fabric is Painter's Canvas (Michael Miller). Most of the prints in the bear paw blocks are from Sandi Henderson's Secret Garden (also MM), with the exception of a green print from Denyse Schmidt's Greenfield Hill. Binding is a green solid from Connecting Threads (I think it may be called "lime").
