My mom and dad helped me get settled into my new apartment in San Francisco. Part of that was making sure I had a stocked fridge as well as some decent meals prepared. One was a breakfast casserole for me to make this morning. As I took it out of the oven, I realized that I don't think there's a single ingredient that's acceptable to a vegan diet: smokie links, cheese, eggs, bread. Yum.
