But to me flipping the "U" makes sense; as does *not* flipping the "V". But I'm still thinking about the "M" and "W", especially since they're at the ends, which means they need to: "hold" the edge; and balance each other. I'm actually leaning towards liking it exactly as it ended up (although certainly not the spacing) which -if this was in fact done unthinkingly- is statistically surprising, since 1/(2^4) is only a ~6% chance.
