lemon cake... adapted into muffins

I used the Ina Garten recipe that Deb (aka, the Smitten) mentioned in her blog www.smittenkitchen.com, but since I couldn´t afford to bake it for 45 minutes since I had people coming over, I made them into muffins.

 

Definitely recomend them, such a good texture and flavor.
