Loggerhead Shrike

Digiscoped with Zeiss 85 mm Diascope and fixed 30x eyepiece, and a homemade attachment so I could handhold the camera.

Very nice. I have never been able to get very close to these birds.
      Well done.

Thanks! This was the most courteous Loggerhead Shrike I've ever encountered, at the Disney Wilderness Preserve outside Orlando. It was very close to the headquarters, so must have been used to people, because we were hiking by when we noticed it, right near us, and it paid virtually no attention while I took pictures.
