A low-res, flatbed scan of a 6x7 (2 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch) transparency.
I was just thinking about "Through the Looking Glass" when I was considering a title.
I made this image while up over the San Francisco Bay Bridge with fellow die-hard camera addict, Sean (flopper) one night.
I used a daylight-balanced film for a change and liked the results well enough. You get a real mixed bag of color temperature around San Francisco, so 5600 Kelvin isn't as bad a choice as one might think. Certainly skewed to the high side of the scale, but sometimes it renders a good result. Or, at least, a different one. Thank you for having a look!
