Yunnan Cookin'

Now, the food, cooked in the style of Yunnan province, was really good. The central dish (big bowl of oily soup) was called "Crossing The Bridge" -- you stick raw meat, veggies, and noodles into it and it's so hot that it cooks itself. Also featured is black sticky rice stuffed into hollowed out pineapples, and goat cheese with sweet bread.
