Spinach Florentine Benedict
The Benedict Florentine at Cafe Select just of Whyte Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Above average, with wonderfully poached eggs. The little ball of potatoe was good. The top of the sauce appears to be braised or browned. Actually, the appearance is not attractive and looked "dirty" but tasted good.
