I'm crazy about Cuba. At the time I was building the pink Cadillac and spraying all the bricks, I also build about 10 - 11 other Versions in all kinds of werid colors that looked 50ies to me (all kinds of blues, pinks, violets and so on), one of them is this babyblue bastard car because I saw one in a book about Cuba. I don't even know what color that would be on the LEGO pallet (if even), just grabbed a spraycan and painted over the whole body at once without taking too much apart. Later I added the sand blue, and all that rust spots. I made them just to have it. You know? They were never ment to be shown or what.
The strange thing is, that the stickers, even the tiny Cuba on the numberplate are actual LEGO items...
However, out of all those cars I have two left, the rest went "out" to all kinds of people at LEGO who picked them after colors just like candy. Yesterday when I was taking pics of the Chevy, I used the only curved top brick I have to rebuilt the front window of that Caddy and took some more (that is why on the pic with both of them the Cadillac is standin' backwards, since it doesn't have a front window...).
