Batman Pie
While in Bologna, we made an apple pie. It was quite a group effort, and we made a bit of a mess, but it came out very well. We enjoyed it with vanilla gelato while watching LOTR. One of the things I found really comforting about Bologna was that there were a lot of UC kids who studied there, and was nice to get away from Italyness every once in a while.
