Flapping Leatherback Sea Turtle

Leatherback turtles generally nest at the same site every time. They will only target beaches with the right type of sand, so may of those beaches are fortunately now protected. This female is busy disguising where she buried her eggs, by flapping around in circles in a big area to confuse predators looking for the nest.
