Spicy Stir-Fried Pork

This was another recipe that everyone in my house enjoyed! I used pork tenderloin instead of pork belly, because I had some that I needed to use. I imagine pork belly will make it even more delicious, but that's hard to believe. I think this will be a great meal during the winter, too. Yummm.
