Possibly The Black Cloud, rather than the deluge, but it may have had a hand in creating the conditions for the deluge which, at present, engulfs us. This dark, self-organized structure exhibits all the necessary properties to qualify as an entity: it is autonomous, can reproduce, evolve and constantly overflows the drains. Inevitably it draws into its dark expanding mass thousands of viewing entities, who all become part of the general inundation. The single yellow line encourages us to still explore the hope of parking, but in what time or place or dimension we cannot be sure. We can only hope that The Black Cloud will absorb us and show us the way.

many thanks to all for visits and kind comments. much appreciated...
thanks, steve. it certainly looks cloudlike, or foglike, as it rolls in - although i didn't see it like that at first. the question in my mind is whether the hand is going to be swamped, or engulfed, as you say. perhaps we have a stasis. will we have ex-stasis next? as for the views, there must be some (flying) sorcery involved...
