Beef Tips on Rice

When prepping the Pot Roast earlier in the week, I trimmed a couple ounces off for a steak.

This was sliced thin and marinated for 15 minutes in salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, diced onions, and Worcestershire sauce.

 

This was the first test with my new inexpensive Black and Decker rice cooker.

1C Rice, 1-2/3C water, salt, pepper, couple dashes of Garli Garni (From Garlic Festival Foods) 2tsp butter, and 1/2 tsp chicken bullion.

 

Stir fry the steak with some mushrooms, serve over the rice with a side of frozen corn.

 

Garnish with green onion.
