Fried Bread with Peanuts and Sauce
Basically this is Youtiao (a kind of deep fried breadstick) that has been drenched in a sweet yet savory kind of sauce with bean sprouts and sprinkled with crushed peanuts.
It was evidently a must try street food in Singapore, but I didn't love it.
