肥肠鱼 Spicy Fish and Intestines
This kind of dish is quite common especially in SiChuan style food or Hunan style food. Under the oil and hot peppers are bean sprouts, fish, usually the whole fish with heaad and all, and in this case pig intestines. I've already stated I'm not a fan of pig intestines, but that fish is dang good.
