石烤虾 Sweet and Sour Shrimp Skewers
Wow shrimp on a skewer! Sweet and sour flavored at that, it's hard to get much tastier. The waiter brought out a dozen of them which means I got six. Let me just say that sauce was yummy.
Oh interestingly enough you bit off their heads but then ate the rest, skin and all, except for the little flipper on the tail.
