Frank Adey DAD, BASEBALL UMPIRE and Little League Football

My fathers father now dead...was the producer of the lavish Clacton Ocean theatre, and helped many well known starts on there way...Roy Hudd, Billy Dainty, Ted Rodgers, Tony Hancock and worked with Morecombe and Wise, Arthur Askey and Frankie Howard. My Mother Rene was a dancer at the London Palladium, with my Father stage Manager at many events. Frank then went on to play Baseball, being (at the time) the only official American registered umpire...he then founded and started Little League Football. He now is living in Winchelsea Rye. I alas only managed a light toutch on the boards, in a few Croyde Pantos! Three generations of Frank Adey
