      Pork loin which is then fried up with olive oil, garlic & parsley. SO tender it was unbelievable.

      This was incorrectly labeled Lomo de Orza when I posted it. Lomo de Orza is a pork loin preserved in olive oil. This is Lomo a la Plancha, grilled pork loin.
