Turville Windmill

This is my entry for this weeks' Sunday Challenge - Landmark.

The windmill above Turville is one of the iconic Chiltern Landmarks. It featured as the inventor's house in 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' The actual windmill is no longer operative, it has been converted into a private house. The sails are just for show.

On a clear day it can be seen along the length of the Hambleden Valley.

Processed in Lightroom using the Bell Sisters' Vibrant Colours - Chilly preset which adds colour to a grey November sky.
