More like 1986 Craig (a typo i'm sure). Bloody nice truck, your photo reminds me of the scene is Smokey and the Bandit when Big Enis says to Bandit "now these Peterbilts here are worth $80,000". It looks so old school it could be a new truck for sale in the 80's. Its just too cool.
      PS. Love those air horns!

Thanks Gary yeah well i must admit i thought that too but then i asked the guy who was giving her a polish and he told me it is an ex Refridgerated Roadways 1996 truck and this was her maiden voyage since being done up so i just went with that but if someone can confirm that would be appreciated and oh yeah i know exactly the part you mean in the smokey and the Bandit movie hahaha spot on it does too Thanks Gary

This Truck is owned by Tommy Peters and has a rebuilt C-15 and has stretched chassis and is a ex Refrigerated Roadways W-Model Kenworth which confusses me because the chap told me it was a1996 Model but that cant be so if anyone out there knows what year this is please lets know that would be appreciated thanks Pappa hope that helps and also Gary too

Kenworth stopped making the SAR and W model in 1987, so if it is a 1996 its a T900 with a W model bonnet. I've seen a W model with a T900 bonnet to modernise it but if someone put a W model bonnet on a T900 to go old school, how cool!
