      Those cornbinders used to be as common as dirt around here in the sixties and even early seventies. Sadly, you see few preserved. My dad had a 1951 L-200. Big ol' inline six gas engine - lots of pull but very slow.

      Thanks for all the great info their Bill god it must have been tough work mate but they sounded so i remember them pulling spuds out of Thorpdale a hilly part part of Australia just real hard work but always got the job done thanks heaps their Bill

      Nice looking truck and looks like it is set up nice as its got a nice wheelbase .This model R-Series were built from 1953-1968 they were good trucks.
