My Wife's First Fruit Cake
It was LuAnn's first attempt to make a fruit cake. She followed the recipe from her Grandmother's cookbook that we inherited at her passing. It had cherries, pineapples, and nuts. It was delicious. I like it toasted with some butter or cream cheese on it. No alcohol and no green or yellow gummy things.
