Here is the finished work. The 17" 369 wheels are replaced with 16" 349 wheels (Kojaks fitted) including a S/A 3 speed from a Brompton including its tigger, long reach brakes, updated stem and bars to get the reach and height I like, folding pedals, all new cables and brake levers, new bar grips, updated cable connectors and Brooks saddle. It still weighs around 11.5kg incl pedals :)
