    Great shot!

I have to laugh at Robert Bromfield saying the D7000 has inferior sharpness compared to the D90!

Not too long ago this would have been a lightstream photo. As we get into the holidays the former Times Square Bow Tie will probably not be able to support the volume of people making use of the space. As for the amazing D7000, good detail. I look forward to seeing if this leap frogs the D90 as the top non-iPhone camera on Flickr. The detail in the night shots leads me to think Nikon realize the issues is not the volume of pixels but the volume of information they can capture noise free that makes the difference.

Thank you for your comments in my stream.
I'm very impressed myself with the D7000, I couldn't be more happy with it.

Yes, I was surprised for that comment to. I never heard about that guy anyway, my guess is that he had never taken pictures with a camera with high resolution like the D7000. A lot of resolution doesn't improve a picture, I would say, it would make more noticeable your technique, that is, is your technique is not very good, your picture will look worst than before because the amount of detail. If your technique is good, your picture will be superb.
