steamed dumpling
I was introduced to steamed dumplings by one of my professors in NYC. He was undeniably weird and uncomfortable and grouchy. He also helped a friend of mine quit smoking for a few years by performing hypnosis on him. He just seemed to enjoy the dumplings so much, I had to see what all the fuss is about. I still like 'em quite a bit, but the place nearby where I get them is not so great, they are holding less appeal each time I get them.
