Take 2 : Snack Time

    I just sliced and removed seeds for the photo. You could eat it that way I suppose if you don't mind the apple insides OR you could do it my Mom's way. She cores the apple and then fills the cavity with PB or whatever. Wrap in tinfoil, put it in the fridge for am hr to harden the filling, remove from fridge and cut. It was my favorite snack/ dessert as a kid. :)

      Peanut butter and apples are such a delicious combination. I grew up eating ants on a long with the celery, PB, and raisins. I love the rustic look to your presentation and the peanut butter oozing out is fantastic.

      Oh, awesome! Glad you tried and liked it. I have tried it with almond butter and cashew butter and it is delish. I have heard soy butter is good too. :))
