I just sliced and removed seeds for the photo. You could eat it that way I suppose if you don't mind the apple insides OR you could do it my Mom's way. She cores the apple and then fills the cavity with PB or whatever. Wrap in tinfoil, put it in the fridge for am hr to harden the filling, remove from fridge and cut. It was my favorite snack/ dessert as a kid. :)
