Went to brew a vac pot. Went OK, temp seemed a little overshot... first hint: burned the tip of my tongue on first sip. On the top of my game to taste the rest of this bag of the most expensive coffee I've ever had!

It's a split order--only half is for me. :) still, it is 4.25 lbs. of coffee. Cheaper than buying it a pound a week by a LOT!
