Prosecco Soup
with Guava Sorbet and Pineapple
Prosecco is an Italian wine, and the "soup" had alcohol, so I'm assuming that they used a prosecco wine. This dish was in sharp contrast to the strong and somewhat salty flavors in the previous dishes. The sorbet was good, pineapples were fine.
