Rastaholm ~ fiskgryta...a dish of fish!
We had a casserole of fish at Rastaholm, just delicious...a smell
of white wine and saffron! Upon the dish (salmon, shrimps, burbot, potatoes) a creme of herbs.
On top a piece of dill!
