Gooseberries
I spotted these gooseberries hanging over a wall as I walked into town one morning last week. Although the bush is growing wild in the grounds of the old school in Dornoch (now the Social Club) I rather think from the size of the berries it is a cultivated strain. Anybody have any recipes for jam?
