Roast Chantecler Chicken

With soft-poached egg, pickled ramp, seaweed, and dried oyster ($19)

 

Clearly they are serving their patrons high-quality chicken, because it smells so chickenny when it cooks. We were practically salivating all over ourselves every time we smelled chicken cooking only a few feet away from us. Great dish, with some interesting flavours in the sauce (that included mustard in it, and had a subtle kick to it). The chicken was a bit dry for a thigh though.
